THE TRADITIONAL MAINTENANCE
TECHNIQUE IS INCONVENIENT

• The older electrical connection procedure needed dismantling in order to do machining of the contact zones.

• The equipment used for machining eliminates the macro geometry of contact surfaces.

• The contact points and their sections are limited.

• These zones being reduced, the connections are subject to electrical and thermal constraints on these zones.Their deterioration is more rapid.

• To recreate the original contact surfaces, activity must be suspended to dismantle the equipment and machine it on the machine tool.

RAISE ELECTRICAL PERFORMANCE:

The ECOCONTACT® foam enhances contact between both sides and eliminates electric overload.

The system stops variation in electrical contact zones. The billions of micropoints perforate the oxide layers creating micro soldering.

It AMELIORATES the conductivity of a used or damaged connection with no surface renovation beforehand.

EASY TO INSTALL:

Installing ECOCONTACT® foam does not require any specific operation. Cleaning unreachable places is not necessary.

The operation consists of simply parting both sides a few millimeters, putting the ECOCONTACT® interface foam in, then tighten it.
