THE
TRADITIONAL MAINTENANCE
TECHNIQUE IS INCONVENIENT • The older electrical connection procedure needed dismantling in order to do machining of the contact zones. • The equipment used for machining eliminates the macro geometry of contact surfaces. • The contact points and their sections are limited. • These zones being reduced, the connections are subject to electrical and thermal constraints on these zones.Their deterioration is more rapid. • To recreate the original contact surfaces, activity must be suspended to dismantle the equipment and machine it on the machine tool. IT'S A DIFFICULT & EXPENSIVE OPERATION. |
It AMELIORATES the conductivity of a used
or damaged connection with no surface renovation
beforehand. |
